I would assume they can't have a accuracy guarantee with a stock barrel that is just wrapped, the quality control would be up to the manufacturer, such as Remington.

I have an Extreme and a Custom both chambered in .300 ultra mag and my Extreme will shoot 1 inch groups with factory loads and it will shoot 1/2 inch groups with handloads in a 185 berger vld. It took some time to figure out the seating depth but once I did my Extreme is a tack driver just like my custom. Also my Custom will only shoot 1/2 inch groups with reloads. I haven't found any factory loads that shoot better than an inch. Hope this helps.

I do had bought a weatherby accumark it is an older gun chambered 30-378. I had Christensen arms stick a new barrel on it brake and action all done with trigger. Shoots 1/2 inch with factory 180 BT and right after I shot 8 of those I gave just a few swipe to the barrel and shot 180 accubond that were under 3/4. no complaining there, But I'm been kick around to get a new rifle. I look at the 1800-2800 price tag of these rifles with factory barrels. and i say thats a lot of money not to have accruacy garuntee. I know my 300 win mag browning shoots 1/2 or less all day long and that rifle cost me $750. I know you can get more repetive accurate shot out of carbon barrels but most people are not taken 20 odd fast shots and game especilly dangerouse game, you'll be eaten or mulled before you chamber the round. Sako,Weatherby have a garuntee. It is going to be tuff Steer towards the extreme or hunter for me, But I do like my carbon barreled accumark with the S&B scope. Most people say action is the heart of the accuracy I feel its the trigger

My two Cents
For me a 1 inch group is acceptable and its easily obtained with the hunter or extreme. At the range in a good solid rest 100m 1/2 groups with factory loads are possible and Ive shot them. I can shoot 1/2 groups all day with my $500 Rem 700 heavy barrel 308 but I don't want to hump that thing through the woods all day!! The "Money" part of this weapon is the way it shoots combined with the light weight of it! If your a road hunter or take your ATV out to your alfa alfa patch and hang out till your white tail comes into range, hit Walmart and pick yourself up a heavy barreled Remington 700. BUT! If you hump all day long in the woods to find a nice little hid-e-hole for your quarry and weight matters this is the weapon!
Cheers!
