Anyone have any exper. with a 338-378 carbon cannon. If so how is it to shoot for recoil. I have a 30-378 and that nothing at all,but I hear the 338-378 is nasty.

I have shot both in an accumark

The 30/378 is nice the 338/378 well you know its a 338 when you push 300SMK's and over 2800 fps..Shootable but no more than say 20 rounds.. then come back another day

In fact we are trying a different brake rather than the Weatherby radial design..Trying to get a V port organised with the weatherby thread..

Very accurate 1/4 MOA with the right load...Yes accumarks can shoot All three of the 30/378 338 378 and 300wthby are all under 1/2 moa with the right habdload ..

I'd love a Carbon 30/378 its a shame I can send it to the US!
