Living in rocky mountainous areas above the timberline, hunting these animals promises to be an adventure.  While Mountain Goats can be found throughout parts of North America, they are by far most prevalent in British Columbia where experts estimate their numbers to be 100,000 strong. 

Christensen Arms Pro-Staff member Dirk King returned from this area recently extremely pleased with his hunting experience.  Being guided by a family with nearly 75 years of big game experience who knew this area extremely well, he was put in the best situation possible to harvest these elusive trophies.

Most of the area is accessed by horse on the outfitter's trail network and seldom do they see any one else throughout the hunting season.  While in the high country you'll spend your nights in cabins or tents, or even their spacious lodge depending on your location and conditions.   Wherever you lay your head at night, your outfitter will make sure you're comfortable and well fed with delicious home cooked meals.
