A couple months ago I ordered my Christensen Arms .300 RUM in preparation for my upcoming New Mexico Once in a Lifetime Rocky Mtn Bighorn Sheep Hunt and before even using it I was immediately impressed with the looks and design of the rifle.  But as impressive as these were, as I picked it up for the first time it was the rifle's light weight that had me stoked...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

I immediately headed to the range and, while using your Barrel Break In instructions, was amazed at the accuracy I was getting.  While my grouping at 100 yards was under .5, my groups held tight at longer ranges and I can honestly say that I was consistently shooting 5.5 inch groups at 500 yards.  With this I won't hesitate on taking long shots in the field with this rifle as I feel confident I can make the kill shots.

The muzzle brake really tames the .300 RUM.  Usually, I don't enjoy shooting large caliber rifles but I've shot .243's that kick more than this rifle does.  This will allow me to really take my time and make a crisp tigger pull without having to worry about the aftershock.

Going self-guided on my Bighorn Sheep hunt, I was able to carry my Christensen Arms through the high country with ease due to its light weight.  The ram I harvested scored 177 6/8 and was taken with a single shot.  

Making a good part of my living guiding and outfitting hunters here in New Mexico for various big game animals, I will be sure to pass on my positive experience with your rifles onto my clients.
