Nothing bothers me more than over selling and under delivering,
especially when it comes to hunting. Unlike many, Christensen Arms and
Christensen Outdoors under sells and over delivers. Here's why...
...After I drew out I hired Christensen Outdoors Hunting Services to guide me on the hunt. I visited with John Mogle, Christensen Arms President, and he mentioned that Rod Steele was one of the best guides in the state and knew the area I was hunting very well. This was an understatement. There's no question that the heavy horned 6x7 406" brute I shot was great, but it was really the icing on the cake to a six day hunting experience that was the most exciting I'd ever been on.
The Christensen Arms 338 Remington Ultra Magnum rifle performed just as flawlessly at 40 yards on this hunt as it did a year ago at 279 yards on a Brown Bear hunt in Alaska. I have had friends shoot this gun and everone that does says it's the finest rifle they have ever shot. The groups are small and the accuracy and comfort of the rifle builds my confidence during the pressure of a once in a lifetime hunt.
I'm sure that everyone that reads this will say, "...if I shot a 406" bull, I would brag up Christensen Arms too!" If you ask anyone who knows me, they will tell you that nothing bothers me more than over selling and under delivering, expecially when it comes to hunting. Unlike many, Christensen Arms and Christensen Outdoors Hunting Services under sell and over deliver!
Even if I had not shot an enormous Elk, I would still write the same things in this letter. When I reminisce about this hunt, I think about the incredible adventure and amazing precision of concentrated effort that was put in on my behalf to be able to get the shot. Again, the end result was just the icing on the cake.
Thanks again for staying true to your claims and promises.
